3. Policy After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window has passed, your order will move into the processing or fulfillment stage. Once this begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.
If you still wish to cancel after 24 hours, the order will be treated as a return (if eligible) and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
- Before Checkout: Please double-check your street number, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
- Incorrect Address: Rozloc is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
